Jana manages day-to-day activity at Avantra, focusing on our clients’ experience and interactions with the firm. She is responsible for account maintenance and general client service. Before joining Avantra Jana was a Client Associate at the Central Pennsylvania Complex of Merrill Lynch where her responsibilities included client service, relationship building and account maintenance. Jana began her career in financial services as a Client Associate for Merrill Lynch in the Minneapolis Complex. Prior to her career in financial services, Jana was the assistant set designer for the Paper Mill Playhouse in New Jersey and a set designer for many smaller theatrical shows in the New York area.
Jana receiver her Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota and her Master of Fine Arts degree in Theatrical Set Design from the North Carolina School of the Arts. Now that her two children are grown, she is finding time to paint again. Jana loves to cheer on the Lehigh University baseball team and just became a Tennessee Vol fan! She lives in Enola with her husband, Steve, and cockapoo, Piper.
